We would like to encourage everyone to engage in activities to help raise awareness of Congenital Heart Disease (CHD).
Organised events, no matter how big or small, can help the Australian community to gain a better understanding of the challenges faced by those affected by CHD. Additionally, many activities provide support to families and individuals that live with CHD, every day.. Well publicised events can also assist charities, such as HoH, to raise funds for much needed research and to fund initiatives that make things a little better for those on the CHD journey.
