HoH eNews: Coaguchek INR Monitors

You may be aware that Hearts of Hope Australia has a program in place to help families access essential medical equipment and for nearly a decade, we have provided families with Coaguchek monitors for INR home testing of children on Warfarin therapy. The great news is that we recently received a very generous donation from one of our members for the purchase of 2 Coaguchek units.

We are now calling for expressions of interest from families that will benefit from home INR testing and are not able to access this equipment through Heartkids  or other organisations. If you are interested and would like more information,  please visit our website to download the HoH Medical Equipment Assistance Program information pack and application form. Please note that there is limited funding for this program and families in most need that cannot acquire Coaguchek through other  organisations will be given priority.
