HoH Australia Membership Options

Hearts of Hope Australia has several types of membership as shown below. To join, select the heading (eg. Complimentary:) and complete the application form. More details about Member Services can be found by using the links in the right column and this chart shows what each membership includes.

Members may also apply for Associate, Executive or Life Membership. These applications are subject to the approval of the HoH Executive Committee. To find out more go Here.
 

 
Complimentary:
Is free and allows access to our key services. Complimentary memberships don't expire but can be cancelled or upgraded to an Annual Membership at any time.
Introductory:
We understand that families are under a lot of pressure when they find out that their child has a life-threatening illness and that this is the time parents most need the support of others. For this reason we offer an introductory membership that allows access to all of our services without fees. This is only available to families that are expecting, or have recently had, a child with a heart condition such as HLHS. It expires 6 months after the birth of your baby at which time the membership reverts to a Complimentary Membership. To maintain access to the extended services you can upgrade to an annual membership.
*Annual Subscription:
In addition to having full access to our services, paying members also have a say in how the organisation is run. The Executive Committee is bound by the Hearts of Hope Australia constitution to "be responsive to the views of Members" and does this by discussing all issues and suggestions raised by our 'financial members'. The annual subscription fee is currently $20 and is used to help defray our running costs.
HoH memberships expire on 30 June each year and the initial subscription is calculated on a pro-rata basis as set out in this table. Joining Period Fee Expiry Date

Web Hosting Subscription:
From July 1 2006, a small fee ($10/5 years) will be introduced to cover the cost of hosting of personal home pages for those families that are not financial members (excluding Introductory Membership holders) of Hearts of Hope Australia.
